How Sessions Work
Sessions are 50 minutes, fully virtual, on your couch. No waiting room, no small talk unless you want it. We'll set goals early and revisit them, so you can tell what's shifting and what still needs work.
I'll offer tools (CBT, DBT-informed skills, practical strategies you can actually use) but I'm not going to hand you homework that feels like school. This is your life, and the work should feel like yours too.
