What happens next
Three small steps
You don't need to know what you want from therapy yet. That's what the first conversation is for.
You send a note
Email, phone or the form above. A sentence is plenty, "I'm wondering if therapy might help" is a complete reason.
We have a free 15-min call
A short conversation about what's going on, how I work, and whether it feels like a fit. No commitment.
We book your first session
If it's a yes, we book an intake. If it's a no, I'll help you find someone better suited. Either way, you leave with a next step.

Before you reach out
Quick answers to common questions
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day. Messages sent on the weekend will be answered Monday.
Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?
Sessions run Monday to Friday, with daytime and evening availability. There are no weekend appointments at this time.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can reach out directly. A referral is not required to start therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario.
How do I pay, and do you provide insurance receipts?
The intake session is $160 CAD and ongoing sessions are $150 CAD, paid by credit card only (e-transfers are not accepted). A credit card on file is required at intake and is charged automatically at the end of each session. Receipts are issued for submission to most extended health plans that cover Registered Psychotherapists.
Where in Ontario do you serve?
In person at the Ajax office (Durham Region) and virtually across the rest of Ontario. Because virtual sessions run over secure video, clients also join from Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor, Kingston, Barrie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, or any other community in the province.
