Virtual Therapy · Ontario
A safe, affirming space for children, teens and young adults to bring their biggest feelings, with no judgement, just presence, kindness and empathy.
Registered with & trained at
I wanted to create a therapy practice for those who want to be in a space where they can feel free to be themselves. Express their wildest thoughts and biggest feelings and know they are in a safe space.
No judgement.
Meet Breana
For almost 20 years, I've worked and volunteered with neurodivergent children and youth, children with physical disabilities, and the youth homeless population in different clinical settings.
I understand how much change and transition happens in a young person's life. I believe I can offer them a safe space to be who they are, and to seek support as they need it.
My clients have taught me that being present, kind and empathic is what creates real trust.
Everyone is welcome here. Explicitly LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming. Anti-oppressive, culturally responsive care.

Whether it's a child struggling to name what they feel, a teen caught in anxiety, or a young adult trying to figure out who they are, therapy gives you space to work through it.
Tools to calm the nervous system, untangle anxious thoughts and build real coping strategies.
Affirming, strengths-based support. Almost 20 years working with neurodivergent children and youth.
SickKids-trained in children's grief. A gentle space to process loss, change and hard goodbyes.
Naming feelings, finding language for them and learning what to do when emotions feel too loud.
Working virtually with families and young adults across Ontario: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Durham Region, Hamilton, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor, London and everywhere in between.
Therapeutic Approach
I pull from several approaches and shape the work around you. For younger clients, that means play, art and interactive activities. For teens and young adults, it's collaborative conversation and practical tools.
An Honest Fit
Therapy only works when the match is right. If any of these is what you're looking for, I'll happily point you to someone better suited.
Common Questions
No referral is needed. You can reach out directly and book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're the right fit.
All sessions are fully virtual via secure video or phone. This keeps therapy accessible from anywhere in Ontario, home, school, university, any private, comfortable space.
Sessions are $150 CAD, the same rate for the intake session (60 minutes) and ongoing sessions (50 minutes). More on fees & insurance →
The first full session (the intake) is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you're hoping for, relevant background, and how therapy works, including confidentiality and its limits. No pressure to share more than feels right.
How It Works
Fill in the contact form with the client's name, age and what's bringing you in. That's all I need to start.
A short phone call to talk through what's going on and whether we're the right fit, no pressure either way.
I'll send a quick intake form to complete, then our first session to gather history and set goals.
Sessions are booked at a frequency that meets you where you are at, and will be discussed at the intake session.
